RETURN POLICY?

NO REFUNDS on sale items
If you wish to return an activewear or swimwear item, you need to have all the original packing, labels, sanitary stickers, ect. We cannot accept items that are unclean, have been worn, washed or used. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact Jollectio within 7 days of receiving the parcel. As the customer, you are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer direct and secure payment via Paystack.

RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?

Please reach out to us via our email or Instagram dm's should you have an issue with your order and we will be happy to assist you. If you have received the incorrect product, Jollectio will be responsible for any shipping costs.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We offer nation-wide shipping for just R99 with Aramex, anywhere in South Africa. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Should you live in a remote area, shipping may be delayed.
